I’m having a little difficulty getting my thoughts down on paper. It’s all wordy, the concepts make me cringe, and the idioms will not go away. I know that it’s just a phase and that I’ll come out of it stronger. It even reminds me of past times when this has happened. I know what to do. The object of artifice? It’s to sell something with a frame or narrative. It’s not a lie exactly, it’s the truth cloaked. It’s usually for a purpose and the best artifice is fiction story. It only takes one share of your cellphone number… There are folks out there you have to be careful of. They have basic names and they wish you to remember – Things that never happened. Time to block. Do you recognize the phone no? Did you google the area code? What about the full number? Sometimes they are reported as spammers. NEVER give out your personal info. Meditation practice is about refraining from the monkey mind thoughts, that sometimes are not even your own, to come back to what is called the present moment. They could be things that you should be doing, the things that you did that you could have done better, the cat in the other room that needs to stop clawing up the couch, etc. The idea is to let go of all the other things, concentrate on what is right here, right now. The subject of marigolds lends the question of are you a gardener. In the gardening world, Marigolds are just that, gold. They help in the garden immensely in specific ways. There are specific bugs and creatures that are repelled and attracted to this plant. The “bad” bugs are attracted to it so it saves other plants from infestation. Squirrels like to eat it.
