Thursday Seeds | Time for a 2nd Round

The seed emails are telling me that now is the time for another round of seed sowing. To do so now will give a 2nd harvest before the frosts come. It’s possible that Fall seeds could be used but with all of the hot weather, what if it’s another round of Tomato plants?

The cool weather plants still should wait but the tomatos and zuccini could have another go. Did the vine borers get your first round of squash? Now you could do it again. I may just head out tomorrow and see about some seeds. What could it hurt? I’d have to be sure there is water…

Are you ready for another round? How was that first round? Pull them up and start again or find another bed to work from?

I have tulsi and arugula and is VERY spicy in the hot weather. Would the next round be sweeter? Let’s give it a try!

Would another Cosmos flower show before fall? I may try that one too.

Rarely do we go literal around here, but Seeds on a Thursday might be just the right thing to do!
