Hoschton Fall Festival – Guiness record

5,441 scarecrows certified with Guiness book of world records! I went to the festival just to see these artful images. All the scarecrows had to be handmade and let me tell you, the creative was definitely abound.

In addition to the festivities, there was a long wall of documented scarecrow pictures with notes on who the “artists” were. Awards were given for the most original of the LARGE bunch.

I think my favorite ones were the wizard of oz, the choir at the baptist church and the two power men up the telephone pole! It was a really fun fall theme.  Here’s a collage of my shots of them from the festival.
