Thursday Seeds | Water Her Down (Part 2)
Immerse her in water.
She needs to be pulled out of a concentrated state and put back into balance.
Because the frequency sounds of waves on the shore have been scientifically proven to heal the body, she needs to go to the shore, the beach, the lake for medicinal purposes.
Sure, we say it’s for work life balance but this is a part of the watering down of the concentrated parts that want to ask “Is this all there is?” Water has that answer in spades.
“No, dear Chile, it’s not all there is. Come with me and see the endless blues and greens.”

We joke about being salty when we are angry. Water is an excellent dilution. Salt is water soluble and as the Ocean will tell you, it heals when wet.
You are back from the gym and given your portion of sweat, water is what you need now. Go get clean.
The Dead Sea mud mask you use is dry and cracked, get some water in there! Good as new. Time to slather it on. Water for washing afterwards!
Your skin needs moisture? Immerse in lotion conditioning agents. They not only give water, but serve as a temporary barrier against water leakage from the skin. Our skin is a lot more permeable than we really realize.
She’s been working hard. She’s still on a problem that won’t seem to work itself out. Get her in the bath. The ideas on what to do will start flying before she is even out of the tub. And even if they aren’t, they will be on a good night’s sleep that is ever so more possible with this bath time.

Frustrations can also be solved with a glance out the window at lush and green gardens complete with a water fountain. The sound of flowing water reduces stress and can lower the cortisol response to that stress. And while being out in nature is a part of it, I’m betting that a park where there is a creek, lake or flowing water from a man made fountain, helps everyone.
“Surfing is good for society.” As stated in the movie, Step Into The Liquid, by a seasoned surfer who knows himself well enough that his state of mind about the world is different when coming back from the water. Would anyone say it’s different for a female? Probably not.
In a book I’m reading of the traverse of a desert, they travel from water place to water place, not just for the humans but also for the camels. Because everyone needs it. Each Wadi or watercourse is meticulously known either by map or the by heart knowing for survival’s sake.
Fresh juices cut with water mean that you can share some. Not just one cup, but two can be had with the addition of water to the mix.
A rigorous massage will loosen impurities in the body. The best advice from a masseur is to soak in a bath with epsom salt. Water them down, those impurities so that they can slake away just like your thirst!
The Fire Hose: That’s maybe another topic. She might need a drink from the fire hose to get her out of her comfort zone and into a new state of mind. It might require an amount of water that data could provide? But there I go mixing metaphors again.
