There’s an author that has impacted my life with MANY of her books: Madeleine L’Engle. She has written across many categories of books ranging from her famous Newberry Award winning children’s book, A Wrinkle in Time to a Two-Part Invention based on her loving marriage. Why is homemade pie such a special gift?
It tastes good. REALLY good! It was created special. It’s Not from a production line stamped out for the masses, but just for you! Why? Because YOU are special! You are worth the extra time and effort to come up with the basic ingredients, research a recipe, and commit to the time it takes to create food as art that is homemade pie.
