    Milk- How close is yours from the cow?

    Have you ever tasted non-homogenized milk before? We purchased some at the Norcross Farmer’s Market. We chose 2% being pretty sure that  whole milk would be too large a change in taste. The family seems ready to go back to their “normal” organic homogenized milk.  The neat thing is that we had a chance to try it! I’ve always wondered how milk that has not been over processed would taste. I think it’s great in baking and other dishes that call for milk. Why was I baking? We had several guests over this past weekend to celebrate kidlet’s birthday.  It was neat to pass the jug of milk around for everyone…
